Working Principle:
For years, it is recognized that high shearing-rate in the tiny gap between stator and rotor is the basic working principle for dispersing and emulsifying equipment. The huge shearing force generated by speed gradient in gap between static stator and high-speed rotating rotor strengthens the mass transferring intensity, improves dissolving ability of single material and macro-molecule material, makes the pumped media flow in turbulent state and promotes the distributing state for both solid and liquid particles. The three-dimension local speed fluctuation varying according to time phase leads to high frequency pressure fluctuation. Several smashing mechanisms work together and can disperse the media to very fine granularity. So, this pump can be used not only in chemical industry, but also other application fields.
Laboratory pipeline-type high shearing-rate emulsifying pump is a newly developed product employing high shearing-rate technology for continuous manufacturing process. It overcomes the limitation of intermittent manufacturing process of normal high shearing-rate emulsifying pump and supplies a higher productivity because of its continuous process.
